Will the Obama streaker qualify for the $1 million dollar prize? Two days ago, billionaire Alki David made an offer on his website to pay anyone $1 million dollars if they stripped naked. Requirements to win the $1 million dollars include being naked with David's web-cam website, battlecam.com written on his chest; and shouting "battlecam.com!" six times.
The Obama streaker, Juan Rodriquez stripped naked at an Obama rally in Philadelphia but he didn't fulfill the other requirements. According to NY Magazine, the billionaire Alki David told the Daily News, "It's still not confirmed whether he was in earshot and eyesight of the President is what's being debated right now." He went on to say it wasn't clear if President Obama had even seen Juan Rodriquez dressed in his birthday suit with David's web-cam site, battlecam.com written on the chest.
Whether the Obama streaker will qualify for the $1 million dollars is up to the billionaire Alki David. Hopefully for the sake of Juan Rodriquez, he will get the money. After all the Obama streaker did run around in a crowd full of strangers awaiting his arrest by the police. Juan Rodriquez was arrested and charged with indecent exposure, public lewdness and disorderly conduct." Alki David should definitely give the Obama streaker his prize money. Share your thoughts.

I can tell you that Alki David is milking this for all the press he has been getting due to Juans Rodriguez streaking stunt to promote his Battlecam site. All the requirements were meet and it is very clear to anyone who knew the requirements and saw the video. Alki continues to procrastinate with the same line "when we deem all the requirements have been meet and I confer with my people "claiming to know someone who knows someone in Obama's secret service camp" he is waiting for that person to confirm it was within eye and ear shot of the President. Any intelligent person knows that no one that is in Obama's camp is going to want to confirm the President of the United States acknowledged a streaker getting within forty feet of him. The American people don't want to know that a person is capable of getting within forty feet of our president nor do the secret service or anyone else that is there to protect our President. So there is Alki's out. He just utilized a fool to pull off a prank that could cost him so much more than his reputation for a shot at having a different life with this million dollars, maybe one that is even a glimpse like that of this eccentric billionaire fraud. The more press we give this Alki, the more people that continue to go on his battlecam site, the more popularity we give to a man who it seems has no intention to honor his word seemingly making him the Fraudulent Eccentric Billionaire. As Alki David is pondering his decision, Juan Rodriquez had the secret service at his residence tonight demanding he turn himself in and is facing the possibility of federal charges. While I am sure Billionaire Alki is popping a bottle of Cristal on his yacht somewhere laughing his way out of paying this stunt. I am not a fan of what Juan Rodriquez did but what Alki David is doing is pulling off a stunt of even lower moral grounds.

Yes the guy should give him the money. It's not like a billionaire will be too affected by the million he is to give up. so he didn't fulfill the rest of it. He still did this, knowing he would be arrested. If he doesn't pay him, he better be ready for a lot of media attention for being an asshole
